House Maintenance Schedule:

1. Mid November (after oak trees lose their leaves): Clean out gutters
2. Mid November: Maintain Furnace
3. Winter: Keep snow away from North side of garage (the side you see from the front of the house)
4. Spring: check chimney cleanliness (2 flues)
5. Summer: change out water filter
