- Mid November (after oak trees lose their leaves): Clean out gutters
- Mid November: Maintain Furnace
- Winter: Keep snow away from North side of garage (the side you see from the front of the house)
- Spring: check chimney cleanliness (2 flues)
- Summer: change out water filter
